Also, it was my last week at the Cascade this week. It was a great place to work, and the best place for cocktails! So here’s a modified recipe for one of my favourite cocktails, and something that I am drinking currently (see previous post). I make my Algonquin cocktails with sweet vermouth (instead of dry) and a bit more pineapple.
2 oz. rye whiskey 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
